NOVA - Question about Hotel and Airfare

I have an interview during the first week of February. Those who already had the interview, can somebody please tell me what's a good place to stay, and where can I find discounted airfare ticket. Really appreciate it.

frontier airlines was pretty cheap and the extended stay america near NOVA didn't have too bad of a price. It was also at a good location.

I stayed at the Hampton because they had a free shuttle to/from the airport and a shuttle that went straight to Nova.
