Anyone following this story?
Appearantly this guy was in a combine adult/child track. Lawsuit says he finished 4 years /but this termination prevents him from sitting for boards.
But program says he was improperly moonlighting, and then he came forward saying hospital was provoking youth, using restraint improperly and defrauding medicaid system by extending patient stays.
He must realy have nothing to loose to come out with these points. I wonder if Joint Comission will step in as well.

Is this a community program? http://www.nymc.edu/departments/aca...esidency-programs/westchester-medical-center/

It sounds mostly incredible and so appalling that the program will do just about anything to settle it and get it out of the news. As much as I'd like to see a cadre of "whistleblowers" come out of the woodwork against a nefarious program and hospital system, I'm sure he's going to be on his own here.

I always thought New England would be better in all ways, but when it comes to hospitals you have this one, the Judge Rotenberg Center, and Boston Children's Hospital (the Justina Pelletier case).

I have a free cure for this girl EZ
1) put her in a room and leave the wheelchair outside
2) watch her thru as camera as she gets up and walk to the bathroom at night

you're welcome people of boston
