First post ever.. Let me know if I am at the wrong place.

I am an applicant for this cycle and I am,

Virginia resident, sGPA 3.81, oGPA 3.84, DAT(AA/TS/PAT/reading) 21, 22, 23, 20.
CC transfer, got BS from a four year institution, got MS from the same four year university.
In late 20s so might have been considered as a non traditional. not sure. Asian.
I have about 120 hrs or shadowing a general dentist. Not much EC other than working as a tutor at CC
for 3 yrs and working as a TA while in grad school. I really lack volunteering hours.

Okay.. so far I got an offer from NYU, have interviewed at NOVA, did secondary application with UMD.
However, I have not heard anything from my only in-state school which is my top top top choice. I somewhat applied late. The application for VCU was completed on Oct 8th 2013.

I have been thinking I haven't heard anything from them because I applied late.
But now I am thinking it might not be just time but I am not really competitive candidate for VCU.

Do you think that VCU is still inviting applicants for interviews?
What do you think my chances of getting in? I almost want to call the admissions office and
check my applications but they were very clear not to do so.. I am trying very hard not to get frustrated
but this seems to be nerveracking.

Any comments or sharing your thoughts would be appreciated.
