Obtaining in-state tuition in Ohio or North Carolina?

Does anyone have any experience obtaining in-state tuition for PT school in these states (or any other states) after your first year? For example, anybody get in-state at Ohio State or maybe UNC?

Not sure about Ohio, but here is the link for UNC re in-state residency:

Even though I've been in the state for a long time (and have a degree from UNC!), I still had to fill out the application. It was tedious.
