Also, I thought UCDavis is just silent all throughout the cycle. I haven't heard anything about a hold notice on my application, they've just been silent for the last 2 months.

You know, looking at the list again, I'm surprised by how fast some schools put you on hold (eg Upstate and Penn State). 5 days after one is marked complete!
