For the poster asking if UVA has sent IV's yet, the answer is: I got an IV invite a couple of weeks ago from them.
 
Does anyone know roughly how many interviewees programs invite per spot? I imagine it's somewhere on the order of 8-10 per fellowship spot? I am sure there will be variability amongst the different programs. Just curious.

Just curious, did anybody receive a second rejection from Duke today?
 
Does anybody got any news from Nebraska, supposedly they were going to send interviews this week right ?
 
I did not get confirmation from BU yet. I received invite from Creighton University Nebraska on 14th August and interview confirmation on 15th August

I am talking about University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine Program I got an email saying

To Whom It May Concern:


We have received your completed application for Cardiology Fellowship beginning in July 2016. Your application is in the process of being reviewed by the committee. If you are selected you will be notified approximately the third week of August. Interviews will take place on:


Friday, September 5th

Monday, September 15th

Monday, September 22nd

Friday, October 3rd
 
Anybody heard from Einstein-Montefiore in NY? Request to silent observers to share the news as well (please!).

I would change that order... THI > BCM > Methodist > UT Houston

BEWARE!!! UTH is malignant. They don't care about their fellows. I hear everyone talk positively about heart failure group, but they say that the program is not run by them.

Buffalobills, Kozela, Furisemider, Gimmecardiology, How are you guys? Coming 2 weeks seem very very crucial. Good luck to all of us. I am anxious but can't do anything.....
