Has anyone been invited to iv at maryland univ? If yes, were you able to schedule the interview? I sent my date request and have not heard back.

I really am not sure if it makes any significant difference. However if programs send second wave of invites may be because they are not happy with first set of candidates.
 
I only applied to um and I have not heard back.
 
I think most programs are delaying sending invites this year...

I am not sure... But their training puts a lot of emphasis on research and they look for candidates interested in research and with some research background, i think.

In terms of NYC area programs, I've only heard from NYU (1 week ago) and LIJ (2 weeks ago). neither of which I am personally affiliated with. I have heard from previous year applicants that they are traditionally late interviews.

My Brown offer came very early (July 27th), and I am not (nor have been) affiliated with them.
I called yesterday to try to switch my date but they said everything was full now.

I was invited as well. Got the invitation the same day endoapp posted her/ his comment. They only gave me 3 opts. One in sept and 2 in oct

One of the program recommended dress code as "Casual". Does that mean a Business Casual? any thoughts??
 
Don't think about it. Dress professionally: dark suit. It is a job interview!!!!

Nih and gwu. I hope this is no t the end. Who knows! I may try to call some programs tomorrow.
 
I am contemplating calling programs too. Anything from Philly programs? I applied to a couple and still no word from them.
 
Reviewing my application data from last year, the last interview I was offered came mid-September. So all of you don't freak out yet :)
