Official 2015-2016 Endocrinology Fellowship Application Cycle

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Reviewing my application data from last year, the last interview I was offered came mid-September. So all of you don't freak out yet :)
I hope to hear from 1-2 more! Thanks for the encouragement.

I've heard 5 ish is a good number of interviews to go on. According to match data for a US grad 6 or more interviews gives you at least a 90% shot of matching.

Guys did you receive error notification from Indiana University ? The question is if they send the invite how good is IUPUI program does anyone has any idea ???

Wow, things have really died down here. I think that, in general, IU is a solid choice for all fellowships. Well-established university program with dccent resources and range of pathology. They sent out interview invites shortly after the error message.

Has anyone heard from the Chicago programs other than Loyola?

Anyone here also applying to the Canadian Endocrine match?

Total sadness. Anything from boston un, jackson memorial, thomas Jefferson, u penn?

Interview from Uni of South Florida, Tampa- 9/10

@AnniePh i know Jackson Miami started to sent their invitacions almost 2 weeks ago

Anyone hear anything about Cornell or Columbia yet?

This forum like interviews has really slowed down. People common we should be together till Dec atleast... Called couple of programs LIJ, BU they are saying still reviewing which I doubt so no more calls now...

Got invites from Boston University and U Miami

Now that we have submitted our ranks, what did people think of programs? Any favorites? Any disappointments?

I have been following this post and commented a few times earlier. But to my surprise no one has posted here for more than a month when all other fellowship forums are active. Please keep it alive.....

Got 6 interviews and ranked them. Any pre matches that were offered?

It was quite strange that the forum was nearly dead since 9/17. I used to enjoy reading and have my own circle of unknown friends who are in the same battle field. Now this wait is getting hard and hard. I had very few interviews and ranked all of them.

got ranked to match like communications, ranked them all too.

I am interested in the statistics of it all! I heard on the trail that total number of Endocrine applicants was down this year. While I also heard from fellow residents that Rheum applicants were up.

Good luck to everyone, let the force be with you and ensure you a successful Match!
