MGH sent a postcard, postmarked immediately after the interview, with a 1-sentence handwritten note from one of my interviewers.

I got a love letter from Northwestern via email that seemed to be based on a form template, but it was quite long and included many details about me.

I added a sheet to the interview offer spreadsheet to keep things centralized and anonymous.

Bumping this because the Google doc is full of obviously vandalized entries.

While I personally did not receive anything from them, I did see an email sent by Columbia to an applicant which very definitively stated "ranked to match"
