Since I have already seen a few acceptances on the forums, I think it is time we make a thread for acceptances! I am going to try and keep this thread organized, so am only asking for interview date, school, and stats. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know.

It's pretty lonely here... I know others have also been accepted (LECOM-B has had acceptances, right?)

Hope this thread starts picking up the pace soon :)

I know a handful of acceptances have gone out from KCUMB and MSUCOM. . .

The problem is people are probably not revealing where they have been accepted to in the very rare event that a school finds out their identity and where they got in to? Thats the only reason I could see for why people are not posting here, but maybe they just dont see it.

Why would it matter if they knew where they go in?

I could only see it as being worried if another school they were going to interview at in the future knew. Again, seems crazy unlikely, but yea... Like if I got into school A in September but was really holding out for schools B or C which I have interviews for in October... I dont know, something like that.

Or like I said, it could just be a dead thread or will pick up with time, who knows heh. I do imagine that especially come October that it will grow a lot.

That is a good point. I was concerned about even letting people know where I was interviewing, because of anonymity concerns. Then I realized that schools have better things to do this time of year, and that I'm the same person online and off. If someone is going to object to something I've posted, they will probably also object to me in person as well.

EDIT: Also, the first school that says yes to me is my school. I don't have time or money to waste trying to better deal anyone. I only applied to schools that I want to attend, so any one of them is good enough for me.

Honestly, I doubt schools are paying someone to go look on SDN and track, research, scope on potential students. Just because I got accepted at one school doesn't mean I am not interested in their school. Haha.

Hey I totally feel you, I am just saying I can see people thinking that way. So I imagine as people actually settle down on a school a few weeks from now and start slapping down deposits, this list will grow for sure.

Except Marian, who has a staff member that reads the Marian specific SDN page, answers questions, and politely reminds students not to share interview and secondary questions.
