OMED Conference in Orlando

So, I can go to a conference this year, my residency will pay for it. How good is OMED for osteopathic residents? Will there be any free time to take my children around in the evenings? I appreciate any input from prev experiences.

Absolutely! I encourage you to take your family along, you'll have plenty of time to have fun and still attend CME sessions. Every time there's a conference in Orlando (OMED or ACOFP convention) we all go and the kids love it.

Last time we went, I would usually attend sessions in the morning and spend the whole afternoon with the family. Evenings are usually completely free.

I recommend the rides at Universal over Disneyworld if your kids are old enough
You have to pay a lot of money for rides spread over many parks at Disney
Universal is more dense, you can cover more rides/ground in the time you have
