On AMCAS, inputting courses

I got into a car accident one of my semesters and medically withdrew out of all my classes. I'm afraid on the page where I input all my classes manually if I put every class one by one and hit withdrawal on the little checkboxes it'll send a big redflag on my application but i don't see where I can explain myself and say I medically withdrew?

Most often there is a place on the secondary apps where you can provide this info.
