On emergent CCS cases, OK to place all emergency orders (labs, IVF, etc.) before doing focused PE?

See title. I've been getting into the habit of placing stat BMP/CBC/EKG/etc. as well as "normal" emergency orders (access, etc.) all at once (at simulated time 0) and THEN doing a focused physical to advance the clock. Is this OK, or should I wait to put in labs after the focused physical? It seems like it wouldn't matter, and it's a nice trick to get the labs a few minutes (of simulated time) earlier.
