Hey,

I had an offer from a program and apparently they have 2 methods of interviewing. One is a regular interview day where u have a presentation, conference, tour, morning rounds, and interviews; and the other is a regular resident day where u start work with the resident, get to a floor, tour the facility and then interview. Is there pros/cons to either method? Which one is better?

Thanks!

Ask them which one the applicants from the local State med school do. Choose that one. There's a trap in here, I just can't quite figure out what it is.
I doubt they're going to answer that question if it really is a trap. I think the format you choose is up to you, if you feel like going through the work day with them, then choose the latter.
