What's the difference between the Kaplan online diagnostic for the MCAT and going to take a free proctored practice? Which one would you take when?

Oops, sorry, I think this should be in the MCAT forums. I don't know how to move it...

The free proctored practices are paper- and pencil-based, and the online diagnostics are (obviously) on the computer. I would recommend the computer-based diagnostic to help you get used to the CBT-format.
