Sometimes its easy for those who make policies to forget what Resident Doctors go through. That's why a few of us who are part of AfriWon Renaissance ( a young Family Doctors Movement for Africa) got together to start a Survey. We are interested in knowing what current Family Medicine Residents in Africa think about the failure rates in College examinations, the challenges they experience in their training and what competencies they have been able to acquire during their training. If you are a Family Medicine Resident in any African country and have been in the training for at least two years, you qualify to take this survey.

Here is the link : https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FM_Trainee_Africa It can be filled online.
Collating your responses provides us with the necessary tool to start an advocacy on improving the learning experience of the Family Medicine Resident Doctor in Africa. Please feel free to pass the link to other FM Resident Doctors in Africa. Thanks.
