OOS friendly and nicely located schools

So I got cocky with my stats this June and only applied to 6 schools, 3 or 4 of which are not OOS friendly. So I've decided to apply to a couple more OOS friendly schools. The only one I've decided on is Minnesota, but what other schools are both OOS friendly and in a reasonably green, outdoorsy, nice area and I guess also possible to receive an interview given how late it is now?
