Does anyone know any idea if I, as a pre-dental student, can petition at my university to open a dental faculty on campus?

You can petition for whatever you want.

Putting that into motion would be a LONG process. You will graduate from dental school before they even start.

You're talking about a state that is one of worst in the country about funding education. The state does not have the money. My families farm is just on the ND side of the border. Not gonna happen. It would be at USD if any college, but not gonna happen.
