I wanted to reschedule for my DAT test and Prometric and ADA told me since you wanna reschedule after your 6 month period you can not get extension or sign up for a new test date beyond your 6 month limit. So I assumed that I had to cancel my current test day and pay another $430. But when I go on ADA website to open new DAT test application it tells me you have an active account and can not open a new one. My account expired on December 2nd. I emailed ADA but wanted to know if anyone knows what is the procedure? Should I wait or I can delete/cancel this current account? I really need to reserve my seat for my protected day?

Call or email them. Sorry. I don't have this answer for you. My assumption would be you would have to pay full price again.
