You can also try www.matcharesident.com, though the above-mentioned "find a resident" site is at least run by the AAMC, so you might want to take that into consideration since both require a fee for the service. Also consider what it says on the find-a-resident site re: open PGY2 positions:
"Prior to the NRMP Match Week, FindAResident will not post PGY1 and PGY2 positions for the upcoming year (i.e. PGY1 positions with 7/2005 start dates and PGY2 positions with 7/2006 start dates). You should contact the NRMP about registering for the Match for a preliminary opportunity with these positions for PGY1 and PGY2. Following the Match period, FindAResident will have a dynamic list of unfilled positions, as unfilled programs advertise those vacancies in FindAResident. You can register and activate your resume ahead of time to get a jump-start on your residency search prior to the release of the new, open PGY1 and PGY2 positions on Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at 12:00 p.m. EST."
Sometimes you might want to try just calling the student affairs office at your med school and asking if they have heard anything about open spots, as open positions might not always be publicized on some of these sites, and if there happens to be a spot open (or about to open) at your home school, it might be a lot easier to secure the position because med schools often look after their own students, you'd already be familiar with the program (at least more than any others since you did your clerkships there) and would know if you fit in well with the faculty there.

Are you looking to get out of your residency in June and start your pgy-2 year elsewhere? if you're looking for a spot now, did you finish a full intern year? if not, it's a pgy-1 spot you need to be looking for....
