It's def not E lol. Look there are 4 signals. So it could be B but def not E. On E there are way too many carbon signals

As PotentialDentist16 mentioned, there are only 4 carbon peaks. The small peak at 0 is due to the solvent used.
 
The answer is B, because you have 4 different signals, for 4 different carbons. Peak at 0 does not count because it is a solvent. In choice B, there are two methyl groups that are attached to the same carbon. They will show only one signal.
