I am interested in ortho...or other competitive residencies...
I am only a first year med student, and i am trying to make some contacts at various schools...trying to meet some of the program directors, etc. How much of your acceptance to competitive programs do you think is based on who you know? Do you think the directors of the programs view my building rapport with them as a negative thing or more positive relationship building? Just curious
