How many lesions? I'd be very tempted to go with SRS to avoid scalp/skin SEs, even if more than 3-4 lesions.
 
I agree with OTN. Or have we found the rare case where "scalp sparing" whole brain could possibly be indicated? I'm joking. Sort of.
