Paper Format AAMC >> Good practice?

I've got the paper format versions (the longer older versions) of the official MCAT tests. Is it a good idea to practice with them only until I take the MCAT? It seems like I'd need some exposure to the CBT tests... is this necessary and any idea how I can go about doing this?
