Do you guys see how the answer is E? Im having trouble with this one. To me, the second vertical line from the left for answer choice E looks way to long to be the answer.

trick of the eye. If you look carefully, the height of the two are the same on the figure. If you look at the height of the circle with the smaller thing on top, it looks to be much longer compared to the bigger thing on top. So you have to look at the height of the base where you don't see the small thing combined with it.
