This 1,750-card Pathoma Anki deck keeps popping up on my FB feed:

Not yet. I may pick it up closer to my dedicated Step 1 period. 1,750 Anki cards seems pretty manageable, so might be good to have on-hand for the weeks leading up to the exam.
