I have heard about hospitals paying for school if you sign up for a work commitment. I just wanted to know if any of you actually knew some names and locations of employers who did this? I am very concerned about paying for graduate school.

From AOTA,
The program will authorize loan forgiveness for up to $10,000 in loans over a 5 year period. This program is still in the process of being designed and implemented, and information will be posted on the AOTA Web site as it becomes available.
AOTA also says,
Employer-Funded Programs

The details of loan forgiveness programs offered by individual employers vary widely, such as the terms you have to meet in order to qualify, length of time you must work for the company, and amount of loans the company helps you pay back. Some programs are well publicized, whereas you may have to ask about others during the interview process. Ask perspective employers what type of loan forgiveness assistance they offer and the details of the program.

There is also this.
The catch is that you have to work in the public sector for 10 consecutive years and have made 120 payments towards your student loans, then the remaining balance is forgiven. I'd rather just work PRN jobs on weekends for a year or two and pay the most of it off. Then once its down to a manageable size, continue to make regular/normal sized payments.
