Peaking and Burn-out?

So my exam is in a week or so, and as I do QBank, I keep getting like 68-72 on the random 50Q tests I get. What does this mean prediction wise? I keep beating myself up for making stupid mistakes and not realizing what the questions are really talking about. Grr . . .

P.S. Did anyone get a question asking about paranoid schizophrenia in which the phrase "sons of bitches" was in the question stem?? Highly entertaining!

I hear ya. I'm just so sick of reading, reading and reading and not knowing what any of my scores on QBank mean. I've taken NBME exams and I'm encouraged by them. But, at this point, nothing new is going into my head. Whatever happens, happens.
