dear friends,

hi, i just want to ask , i am sorry if this might be a silly question but i have a patient with hep B..He came to me with the result from his medical checkup almost about 1 year ago ( he didn't do the medical checkup routinely though,so this finding is unexpected) ,and i don't know since when he has been infected..
his initial result was HbsAg + and he had really high AST/ALT (1000/400)

and the doctor before me treated him with sebivo ( telbivudine) almost for 10 months now and i measured again his Hbs Ag and AST/ALT yesterday ..well, he still has his HbsAg reactive but lot more lower AST/ALT (80/60)..but from his family information, he appeared more thin now and loss of appetite to eat..

so, 1) i am quiet confuse about this condition, and i am afraid that this patient might in fulminant hepatitis..what should i do next then?
2) what kind of diet should i suggest for this patient?

please help..thank you

regards,Ketap:)
