PGY1 IM/Psych swap for IM or Psych or FM

I am a Canadian IMG. Matched in IM/Psych in NC. Canada will not issue Statement of Need for my J1 visa. I need to swap with someone in preferably NC that will like to do this program. I need either IM or psych or FM or anything. You need to be an American and your program can provide me with a J1 visa
