Pharmacist wanting braces: Invisalign?

Need some insider opinion from the true professionals: I had braces as a kid but I'm interested in getting them again as I have some spacing in my upper teeth. I'm having a tough time choosing between clear/ceramic braces and invisalign. I like both, maybe invisalign a little more, but I don't really need it that long (estimated 9 months by orthodontist) so it all comes down to price.

In network prices:
Ceramic $4000, $2000 out-of-pocket
Invisalign $6000, $3700 out-of-pocket

Out of network prices:
Orthodontist charges the same all around the board so $4000, $3000 out-of-pocket

Which would you choose ??

Save the money and get the ceramic. Someone correct me if i'm wrong but treatment time should be much quicker than the invisalign route and with many adults getting braces these days it's not that big of a deal aesthetically if that's what you are worried about.
