PharmCAS Question

I am currently in the process of completing the PharmCAS application and I feel like I might not be ready to apply this year. However, I already got two letters of recommendations sent to PharmCAS already, and I was wondering if they will stay there until next year? Or does the applications restart and we have to start all over next June? Thanks in advance.
