I searched through old threads, but I didn’t really find much on interviews conducted exclusively over the phone. In the past couple of weeks I’ve been invited to interviews from two masters programs. I feel very passionate about both programs and I think either would be a good match for me. Obviously an in person interview would be preferable but distance and the cost of plane tickets make it impossible, so I accepted phone interviews from both.
What kind of questions should I expect? Any advice on how to prepare for these interviews, beyond reading as much of the POIs research that I can get my hands on? One school offered a video conference interview instead, any advice for those?
