Physicians with terminal illness..

I'm putting together a program for my classmates on physicians who've survived cancer and the impacts their experiences have had on their patient care. I'd like to ask for any ideas on questions I should ask my guest speakers to address. what professional, personal or even ethical issues would you want them to discuss if you the audience??
