Please help!! - confused student

Hello! I am currently a student at TCU. I will graduate TCU with a 3.1 GPA with a BS in Biology and around a 3.0 science GPA. I have a 28 MCAT and am retaking the new MCAT after taking a summer prep course with Princeton Review. I have decent EC's such as working as a ER scribe for a summer (300 hours), doing research with a professor, etc. I have had good shadowing/exposure in the medical field.

Given this information... (if you need more please ask!)

1) Which SMP programs seem right for me?

2) SMP programs found on the AAMC site...which ones are better? Does it matter which one you go to?

3) Can we get an updated "True SMP" list because I have found many varying lists and most seem outdated...

The "we" in question #3 is you. Or anybody. The premed volunteer who created it is now at a US MD school after recovering from a well-below-3.0 GPA. Coincidence? I think not.
