I know that there are many different ways to practice FM after residency. I'm interested in private practice that specializes in new health care models or new models of health care delivery (if there's such a difference). For example, a health group in Texas that was the focus of a recent article in Family Practice Management:

How prevalent are these practice settings? I know healthcare is changing, and the future of FM is uncertain/on the upward swing (?). What does the future of private FM look like?
