#2 would be best assuming everything fell into place with high DAT and 4.0 sGPA.
If that doesn't work out, I'd suggest take all of your pre req's and graduate with a business degree. Then go to a one year masters in medical sciences program and do well. This way your GPA would "start" over, esp if you weren't able to pull off a 4.0sGPA (not saying you won't, just pressure is off a little). It also shows you are serious about what you want.
