Pre-Requisite Courses

I am planning to apply to both UMSL and ICO this Summer and I plan on taking my last prerequisite course (Microbiology) for the two schools Fall 2015, my senior year. Will this effect my admission into the school? Should I try to take the classes over the summer?

It should be fine. Many people have more classes than that to finish when they are accepted.

As your last outstanding pre-req, it won't pose a problem. Your admission, if you are accepted, would then just be contingent on you receiving a passing grade in it.
