Is that really a PSH? What constitutes a PSH? Are we at the stage where everything gets called PSH regardless of what it is?

Looks to me like they are imitating a bar in a hotel lounge.

And then sending them home to fend by themselves in the name of safety when everyone knows it is to pocket the money that should have been used on post op care.

Great questions. I don't know the answers but the unit employs some of the methods and objectives advocated by proponents of PSH.

As an aside, most of our robotic prostatectomies go home on POD 1, hysterectomies POD 0.
