I wouldn't want to end up in the testing group that did exercises that ended up increasing lower back pain, that's for sure! haha.

I do think it's time that people recognize that a strong core is not just about abs... It involves your back muscles too.

Hopefully they can prove that some of these exercises would make you stronger and reduce back pain!

I'd be super interested to read the research when it's all said and done... I think the video said next year sometime?
