Public Health basics?

Hi guys I'm actually new to this forum. I'm a current biology major and had plans of doing pharmacy. I'm looking elsewhere because of the job market and expansion of new schools. I just wanted someone to fill me in on International Health and Health Services Administration. I was wondering what jobs are out the for these specific jobs. Furthermore, what would I have to complete after my BS.
