Hi there,
I don't have any links that are quickly available at the moment, but there are myriad opportunities for folks with an MPH or M.Sc. Epidemiology. I'm not sure about the US, but here in Canada, epidemiologists are currently in high demand. We can work in the public sector (public health units, government policy) or private, e.g., for the big pharm companies, who are becoming more pharmacovigilant.
One of the best things you could do is have a look at some of the web pages for some of the universities with schools of public heatlh, e.g., Johns Hopkins, Harvard, etc. They provide a bit of information as to where these degrees may be used.
Cheers,
Kirsteen
