You can't pick and choose what's a science course and what's not. Anything with BIO will be a science course. Just because a non-BIO course has a lecture on a science topic doesn't make it a science course.

If you are unsure, you can talk to school counselors and see how the college classifies it. Also, premed advisors at your school can help too.
 
You run the very high chance of it getting flagged by AMCAS when you go to verify your application which will significantly delay it. You probably won't win the battle either.

But go for it if you please, the class is offered by the biology department ... Good luck with that ...
