So I am reading step up for medicine and come across this discription: when aortic valve area fall below 0.7, cardiac output drop, causing angina. Page 42.
Question is in step1 preparation, the idea of coronary refill majorly happen in diastole is hammered in my head. Anybody can explain this paradox (or not) to me? Thanks.
