For anyone who has already taken Step 3:

I take the exam in 2 weeks and am currently studying Peds. Did anyone come across more than a few questions on Immunodeficiency Disorders (e.g. SCID, Wiskott-Aldrich), Sphingolipidoses (e.g. Gaucher's, Fabry's), or Glycogenoses (Von Gierkes, Pompe's) on the actual exam? I have been through the Kaplan Step 3 books and I have also done 80% of the USMLE World questions, and I have yet to see any of these diseases mentioned. Just trying to figure out if I need to take the time to go back and re-learn all of these (which I really don't want to do). Thanks for your help!

I don't remember having any of those pediatric immunodeficiency or metabolic disorder questions. I definitely would not spend more than 2 minutes reviewing that stuff.

I had two questions of that ilk. One was easily answerable with minimal review. The other: I have no frickin' idea what it was.
