Question on SN2 plan

About to start SN2 studying, but have a stupid question...When it says:

First 1/3: Review Passage #1; Practice Exam Passage: #1, 4, 7
Second 1/3: Review Passage #2; Practice Exam Passage: #2, 5
Final 1/3: Review Passage #3; Practice Exam Passage: #3, 6

Are we suppose to do this all in the same day right after one another( like do the first third, then second right after, and then third and be done with the chapter in a couple hours)? Just wondering, because it says to do Chapter (x) +1/3, But not sure what the meaning of +1/3 is?

No, it tells you in the schedule that the first 1/3 is done on the same day you read the chapter, the 2nd 1/3 is done at the end of the week when reviewing the week's chapters, and the third 1/3 is done in the last month or so as review of concepts.
