Question regarding NAVLE exam

Hi All,
I just completed my B.V.Sc from India & i am interested in giving NAVLE. So please let me following things...
1) Can i give NAVLE exam from India? If yes, plz give exam cener locations in India.
2) If the requirement to give exam is to be physically present in US, to which type of Visa to apply for?
