questions about timeline for application

sorry, this is probably asked somewhere else, but hypothetically, when's the earliest date for receiving a secondary (even if it's sent to everyone)?

i'd assume that even if you got your primary in by the first day, that amcas doesnt release your info to medical schools until late june-- so is july the earliest time for secondaries?

any clarification would be helpful as im trying to plan out my summer now. thnks!:)

If AMCAS has your transcripts early on and you submit your primary on the very first day, the turnaround time can be extremely quick -- as little as a couple of days. I've even heard of someone getting verified the same day. So expect to receive secondaries in June.

Note: Some schools can be slow in releasing their secondary though. So in some cases, you may have to wait awhile since not all schools will have it ready to go by June.
