Questions like Manual dexterity

In AADSAS, For the questions section under background information (e.g describe manual dexterity), Can I put the answer descriptively, like how I did this and that during middle school and high school and how I enjoyed a certain activity and how it honed my manual dexterity, etc. or are we supposed to just put boring answers just to answer the question? (I did this. I did that. or even a list). Thank you!
