Does anyone know if the Health care exchange will be happening in 2014? Every website I read says it will be happening in 2014 for those who join the high-risk pool now but I also heard that the exchange was dropped from the bill. So... does anyone know?

www.healthcare.gov will help answer your questions. AFAIK, I would say exchanges are still being formed.
